Our
little corner of the world in northwest Alabama is 35 acres of woods, pasture,
and horses. Visitors are always welcome at Clearwater
Stables! If you are passing through be sure to stop for a visit. We are always

Since
I was only a girl of 5 years old I have wanted to own a horse. As the years
went by and I become older, my love for these great four-legged creatures grew
stronger. Although I constantly dreamed of owning my very own horses, it would
be years down the road before I would realize this dream coming true. When Steve
and I decided to get married and live on a farm, I took my first huge step toward
reaching my goal. Although Steve shared the idea of owning our very own farm
and horses, we would have to wait a while until we got our feet on the ground
and established. Our first child was born 3 short years later and we had to
put horses on the back burner. When we had been married for 14 years and our
4th child was almost 2 years old, we finally bought our first Morgan - a half
lippitt named Oakrose Garfield, aka "Bobby." Finally my dream had
come true. Bobby and our daughter Melissa grew up together and now he is her
very own horse.

We are pleased to have this opportunity to show off our stock and to tell
you a little bit about our farm, our past and our Morgan experiences. Our
farm is located in the northwest corner of Alabama ~ The Heart of Dixie.
